For me, being a mentor means being an encourager - someone who believes in others even when they doubt themselves.
Sometimes, people just need someone to remind them that they are capable, strong and talented.
If you are feeling discouraged today, remember this: Your progress maybe slow, but every step forward still counts. Don't give up on your goals. Keep learning, keep improving and keep believing in yourself.
