Hi, my partner (32F) has recently started multi day hiking with me, and she gets really cold feet and face at night and that impacts her sleep quite a bit which of course makes the whole experience a lot worse. We're in NZ so temps right now are usually down to about 0 degrees at night and sometimes a bit lower. She's got a -3°C comfort rated sleeping bag and a sleeping pad with an R value of 4.5. Do any women/cold sleepers have any experience with this and any lightweight suggestions for how to manage this? Thanks! #activity #hiking source
