Usually I would say December is my favorite month, but when I actually think about it, I chose October.
Here is why: it's close to summer but not too hot (you can still go to sea side and it's good temperature but not too many people),
but it's also close to winter and winter holidays. This month nature has beautiful colors, there is sun but it's not too hot. and we have book fair which I love. It's pumpkin season as well. So for all these reasons I chose October :)

in october we can still dip on the water here, seasons changed, october is usually winter but not anymore

Exactly, last year I went on vacation in October, and it was constant 27C or more. Weather is changing a lot.
do love October too, always windy here and i do love the freshness from that 👀

I live in a foggy place, so wouldn't mind some wind from time to time :D

we got plenty because never far from sea and its about just the flattest land you can get so we got plenty of wind here doing autumn
