Looking for low-light, year-round plants for pet memorial
One of my pets recently passed away, and I've made a little burial spot for him in my back yard. I wanted to plant something by it to pay respects, but I'm not entirely well-versed in plants or gardening so I'm not sure what would be the best choice. The memorial is under the shade of some trees, but its close to the edge of the line of where woods meets lawn. Ideally, I'm looking for something that could survive season to season so it can grow and thrive in that spot as the years go by.
Looking at the USDA Hardiness map, I believe I'm in zone 6b. I can answer any more additional questions if that helps narrow it down. Thanks.
