Made these rainbow resin chains from hundreds of tiny drops
The finished pieces catch the light like little glass beads, and I love how the colors shift along each chain. From a distance they almost look like strings of tiny candy.
The difficult part was keeping every resin drop close to the same size while also leaving enough space between them. My first rows were pretty messy—some drops spread too far, a few merged together, and the darker colors easily overpowered the lighter ones. I eventually started applying less resin at a time and curing each short section before moving along the chain. It took much longer, but the spacing and shape became a lot more consistent.
Since I was working through so many small batches, I kept my air purifier beside the table during the process. It made longer sessions at the desk feel more comfortable, alongside keeping the room ventilated and wearing gloves.
Which version works better: the full rainbow necklace or the shorter color-themed bracelets? #diy source
