I’m sharing this today because in a world of "temporary," I want to show that true love really does exist. My husband isn’t on this platform to see this post, but he feels this love in every morning coffee, every resolved argument, and every "I love you" we’ve exchanged since 1990.
Real love isn’t the absence of conflict—it’s the choice to fight for each other instead of with each other. We’ve taken the long way, we’ve fought the hard battles, and we’ve celebrated the highest peaks. 35+ years later, we are still together and still going strong.
