One of my most unforgettable childhood memories is my first visit to Radio Station Hyderabad, Pakistan.
I was very young at that time, studying in class 7, and everything felt new and exciting. I still remember walking into the radio station with a fast-beating heart and bright eyes. It was a children’s program, and I was chosen to participate, which made me feel very special.
The host, Israr Sham, took my interview in a very kind and encouraging way. Seeing the microphone for the first time felt magical, like my voice mattered. I was nervous, but also proud that people would listen to me on the radio.
That day gave me confidence and a belief in myself. It was not just a program, it was a moment of discovery. Even after 30 years, this memory lives fresh in my heart.
It reminds me of innocence, dreams, and the joy of being a child.
