NJM told me to "the debris needs to be removed from premises and personal property properly stored", or else they would not be able to insure my property.
Best I can tell, the "debris" and "personal property" was a shipment of lumber for a chicken run - nothing else would be visible except for patio furniture and some plants. (The barn is big enough to contain my junk, thankfully.)
They also said "The barn needs general maintenance (paint)"
It's a 100 year old cow barn. It's the focal point of the property. It's my country charm!!
Thankfully I got with an insurance company that understands a project has to marinate for a few weeks before you can really work on it. But I knew you guys would appreciate the humor in this!
