People who are on Slack/email during their time off/vacations are not okay.
I don’t get it. If you take the day off for a vacation, why can’t you separate? It’s one thing if you want to spend your time working, getting things done, but the idea of being *communicative* with your colleagues while you’re out of office is wrong to me. It implies that the work can’t get done without you. It implies that your colleagues won’t figure it out themselves. It implies that your colleagues don’t move fast enough, aren’t timely enough, and while you think you’re being helpful, it makes everyone else feel worse. #conversation
