Is it normal for interior designers to charge \~10% upfront just for design, but still expect extra payment if you don’t like the designs or model later?
I’m struggling to understand the logic like how are clients supposed to agree to a full quotation without knowing what the final output will actually look like or feel like in terms of materials?
How do you address this as a customer? Any tips or experiences would help.
