"Exotic Birds"
The intricate design reminds me of my art collecting days in the 80's, I loved the beauty that the Latin American people portrayed in their nature art. Whether the medium was ceramic, wood, shell or canvas I was mesmerized in their understanding and respect for nature. This beautiful piece of work also reminds me of Escher in that the longer you look the more you see. Out of curiosity what country did this artist live in?

Exotic Birds
As a child, my world was painted with the vibrant hues of exotic birds, each day greeted by the melodious symphony of their chirping outside my bedroom window. The anticipation of their enchanting presence filled me with a sense of wonder and excitement, setting the tone for the adventures that awaited.
My imagination soared alongside these graceful creatures, fueled by a deep longing to join them in their aerial dances. I yearned to feel the wind beneath my wings, to experience the exhilarating freedom of flight as I explored the boundless skies above. With each passing day, my desire to soar among the clouds grew stronger, shaping my dreams and aspirations with the promise of limitless possibilities.
Even as I admired the beauty and elegance of these feathered friends, I felt a strong sense of connection with them. We shared a kinship as creatures of the sky, united by our curiosity and desire to discover the wonders of the world around us. In their presence, I found comfort and inspiration, a reminder of the natural bond that connects all living beings and the magic that surrounds us.

This painting reminds me of the beautiful artwork of the native Alaskans. While cruising in Alaska and stopping in Skagway, Juneau and other ports along the Alaskan coastline, I recall the native reverence for birds, particularly sea birds. This respect is shown in their artwork in totems as well as scrimshaw. The piece you shared with us brings back fond memories of the land of Alaska. it's people, and theor respect of the natural world around them.

My "Exotic Birds"
This picture reminded me of a moment when I was a little boy and fed a flock of swans by the river.
I had two plastic bags with older pastries. A few swans came out of the water to be close to me. one swan untied my shoelaces. I gave them all the pastries and sat down on the river bank. The swans still stayed with me for about 20 minutes. I felt very comfortable in their company.

This is a wonderful painting, I really like it, unfortunately I can't paint, but I like beautiful paintings.
The painting is a reminder of togetherness, love and family, the way these flamingos intertwine is beautiful.
Unfortunately, there are no exotic birds in my country, Hungary, only in the zoo.
My favorite is the pink flamingo, I would like to travel to the island of Aruba one day and dance with these wonderful birds and spend a day.

Hello Mrs. Susan, it's nice to greet you. This image instantly transported me to pleasant memories of my childhood, camping in the Venezuelan Amazon, a magical and beautiful place called CANAIMA, the place where you can see the famous "Angel Falls", that place is full of beautiful birds and the queen It is "La Guacamaya" with great colors like those in the painting, in addition to indelible memories being with my father who taught me since I was a child to love that place and nature... My father passed away last year, on my birthday and I thank you so very much with all my heart for the pleasant memories that this has brought me of him too...!!! 🙏🙏🙏
