Happy Friday to everyone.
✔️I have black tea in my hand and it is my normal routine to have a cup of tea with 2 boiled eggs and some nuts or seasonal fruit.
✔️Well, it is lite , nutritional and healthy.
✔️I believe that when we are 45+ we must care our meals. It should not be fatty, oily or too much in one bunch.
