I know I’m asking too much but I still want to find it
Ive been looking for land for some time now and just can’t seem to find it. I am prioritizing affordable land with strong community where drugs are not a major problem. Obviously I want fertility soil with no toxins in the water or air and a decent growing season.
Ai bots keep saying southern Missouri, Tennessee ect where it clearly strikes out on one of my asks.
Does anyone know where I can look and feel good about buying land. Or how I should be going about my search better?
