Dishwasher latch won't fully open to release the detergent - how can I fix this, if even temporarily?
A replacement latch cost $160, so I'm hoping to find a way to repair this one that won't open fully.
I've tried scrubbing the latch hinges as best as possible with a soft toothbrush, put vinegar on the latches a few days and washes later after that didn't work, and I've put the detergent in both the utensil holder as well as the bottom of the dishwasher with some luck on cleaning items.
Any other kind recommendations would be appreciated.
