Cancelled Real Estate Project
We had paid some installments towards an off plan apartment in Dubai few years ago. The construction was never completed, a new building by another developer is under construction on the same place and status shows liquidation on dubai land website. I sent a few emails to dubai land department but never got any response. Does anyone here know if we can get back the invested amount on our own? Or the only way is through a law firm in which case we have to pay about 10% of the amount invested?
