Replace HVAC when selling?

Hi, I currently have an HVAC system that’s 30 years old and am looking to sell my home within the next couple years. It still runs normal and I dont notice it being “inefficient.” Is it worth replacing to increase home value or just leave as is and continue to get serviced?
