I would like to hear your guys tales and stories about when you just went ape shit and gave it your all (mentally). Complete focus and complete discipline 90+ percent of the time for weeks to months. I'm asking more about the mental side of things.
I feel like I'm pretty good living somewhere between 60% to 80% focused. Truth is though. is that there is something holding me back from living in the 90 plus zone right now. I find it a bit lonely and isolating being in that zone. Maybe that's what it is.
I want that zone though and want to experience it for myself. I've dabbled in it but would like to go in to the deep waters.
Also I would like to ask about the physical, not training but more of just accomplishing a high volume of task in a day. I want to see just how far I can push myself and would love some stories about doing this for an extended period of time. LIke this week I had some events that got me behind, so some days were really packed with things I needed to do. I remember one day being quite tough, but when I layed down at the end of the night I really felt like I earned my pillow. This is an amazing feeling. I think I can give way more than what most people think is possible of the human mind and body. Is there anything you advise doing when I attempt to sustain this goal of achieving a lot in a day long term?
