People at the gym who rerack their weights incorrectly are worse than people who don't rerack their weights at all.
It's so simple. I can't understand why so many people fail at it so consistently. It's the worst on squat racks and benches because there are pegs that are usually labeled for what size plate goes on them and that makes them fit without overlapping and making a mess.
Sometimes I feel like it must be intentional. Like 45 lb plates usually go on the lowest peg by the floor. Why lift it all the way up to the 10 lb plates at chest level unless you're just being a troll? No one wants to move a bunch of 45s to get to the 10s.
"How can you be so obtuse? Is it intentional?" #conversation
