Forrest saw blades question
Hi, I recently picked up 3 Forrest saw blades at an estate sale for $5 a pop. Pretty good deal, but I didn’t realize until trying to put one on my saw that the arbor is bored for 3/4” and my saw is 5/8”.
I’ve found bushings online that can slide in to convert the blade to 5/8. However I’m curious if this is an appropriate solve? Would this cause any issues I’m not considering? Would it be better to sell the blades on eBay and use the money to buy 1 new 5/8” blade?
Curious if anyone has any input thanks!
