Garage doors getting farther apart
Hello, I have an old stand alone garage from the 1930s and the opening was kind of an odd size so I just built my own doors for it a few years ago that swing open and latch in the middle. The garage opening wasn't square so I used some shims on the lower hinges on either side to make the doors square. Originally the latch I have there worked perfectly but over time I've noticed the doors are shifting and getting farther apart and the right door is getting lower, causing the latch to not work properly.

My doors themselves don't appear to be shifting or sagging and the hinges are fine. I'm thinking perhaps my whole garage is shifting? We did add concrete to the floors a few years ago, maybe it's causing the whole garage to shift "outwards"? Does anyone have any advice or knowledge? Is it worth it to rehang the doors now or rehang the latch or will it just keep shifting?
