I feel sick after having a shower, but only when the boiler is not doing the heating
This might be a long shot but it is worth a try.
I have been having a problem with the quality of the water from the shower. Most of last year everytime I had a shower, not long after I had dry skin, high temperature, feel like I'm going to be sick, build up of ear wax when I didn't before. I thought I was just making it up until later on in the year I needed to put the heating on and the pumb in the boiler wasn't working so I got a plumber in and got the boiler to work the heating. Once he did that the water in the shower stopped making me sick and I felt fantastic, better than I had done in ages.
Now it is the summer I've turned the heating off the water from the shower is making me sick again. Same symptoms as before. If I put the heating on for an hour before I shower the water quality is perfect again.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing the poor water quality? I'm asking before I contact the plumber so I don't waste his time but I can't keep needing to put the heating on in the summer to shower, as this wasn't a problem for 10 years before last year.
