Got an older Grizzly JK5005 jointer. How to restore it?

I was very lucky, I was given this older 6" Grizzly JK5005 jointer from an old timer who had it sitting in a barn for the last 10-15 years. I was coming here to hopefully get some good information on how to restore it.

I don't need it to look super pretty, but I'd like to at least get all the rust off of it. There is a lot of paint chipping away and rust on the panels and throughout the machine. there is a tiny bit of pitting on the tables but nothing terrible.

I was planning on getting new bearings, a new belt like a PowerTwist Plus Link belt, and I figured id throw a shelix helical cutter head on it since it seems like these old machines are so well built and I'll probably use this thing for the next 30 years myself

Any advice on how to best restore it? Thank you
