Looking for data on sales numbers
For a little data side project (no commercial interest, just for my own fun), I'd like to include data on sales numbers for certain games. I did some research on Kaggle, but most of the data sets there are incomplete at best.
Does anyone know of a source for this kind of data that is publicly available? I am not looking for anything financial, just the amount of games sold for a period of time. I feel like it's likely that this sort of info should not fall under some sort of corporate secret.
