4. Mr. G. M Sayyed was not only a politician, but also a famous and well-known writer, who wrote more than 60 books. Sir J. MS Sayyed was the person who as the speaker of the Sindh Assembly passed the first resolution in favor of the resolution of Pakistan in the Sindh Assembly. In 1971, when East Pakistan was separated from us and became Bangladesh, Mr. G. M Sayyed realized that the supremacy in Pakistan is only one Punjab province and the provinces were not given autonomy under the 1940 Lahore Resolution. Also, Punjab is controling the resources of Sindh in the name of federation, therefore, after the existence of Bangladesh, on His first anniversary, Mr. GM Sayyed presented the ideology and thought of #Sindh_Desh and founded the "Jeay Sindh Tehreek" party for independent Sindh. He gave a message to struggle for the freedom of Sindh. The government of Pakistan kept Mr. G. M Sayyed in jail for a total of 32 years at different times, but Mr. G. M Sayyed did not deviate from his ideology, nor did he bend and never sold out. Mr. G. M Sayyed explained to us that Sindhis are a separate nation and Sindh is a separate homeland and freedom of Sindh is the basic right of us Sindhis.
For the freedom of Sindh, Mr. G. M Sayyed chose the path of peaceful struggle and even today the national movement associated with his thoughts and ideas is fighting for the freedom of Sindh through peaceful struggle. Of course, Sindh will get independence one day and the dream of Mr. G. M Sayyed will be fulfilled, whose name was chosen by Mr. GM Syed: #Sindh_Desh
