Where are all the wastewater superintendents? I'm trying to fill a Superintendent role in Georgia and I'm surprised how difficult it's been. Looking for someone with 2+ years as a Superintendent and wastewater experience. Compensation is around **$120k** \- **$150k**. Is this a fair range? For those of you in the industry, where do supers usually look when they're open to making a move? Or do most just wait for recruiters to reach out? Feels like all the good ones are already employed, so any insight would be appreciated. #industry | earnings |
