after texting someone i just met how long should i wait to follow up if no response?
met someone at the club who lives a few houses down from me. weve seen eachother before but never properly met.
the other night we happened to see eachother at the club and it was brought up that we should hang out sometime so she gave me her num\*er.
yesterday i texted her telling her who i was asking if she would like to hang out. she still hasn't responded yet. should i wait longer. or was asking only a few days after the club too early? (went to club on sunday and i messaged her yesterday.)
maybe i was too forward? (the text):
"hey i hope this is the right number. its liana the girl from down the street to u. we were talking abt doing smth some time and im wondering if youd still be down for that. "
