U.S. Soccer and Mauricio Pochettino have agreed to a new contract that keeps him as U.S. men’s national team head coach through 2030. 🇺🇸
The Argentine coach took charge in September 2024 after managing Espanyol, Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea.
The federation said Pochettino’s staff will continue with the senior team while also advising on youth development, coaching education and other technical areas across U.S. Soccer. ⚽
The agreement follows the 2026 World Cup and covers the next cycle, including the 2027 and 2029 CONCACAF Nations League and Gold Cup competitions. 📅
