International Overdose Awareness Day is an opportunity to remember lives lost, support those affected, reduce stigma, and raise awareness . Your mission: create a short video sharing your thoughts, knowledge, experiences, or reflections about overdose awareness and prevention.

1️⃣ 🎥 Make a 50–60 second video where you:
Share a personal experience or reflection
Talk about someone you know who has been affected by overdose
Share what you know about overdose awareness, prevention, or helping reduce stigma
2️⃣ Keep your video respectful, authentic, and informative .
3️⃣ Add a caption highlighting your key message, fact, or personal reflection.
💡 Speak from the heart. Real experiences, meaningful stories, and simple messages can help others feel understood and encourage important conversations.
