Main water shut off
Hello all.
I need to change a shower cartridge for the first time and our main water shut off is in the front of the house. The issue is I don't believe I can't shut off the water since it seems the value is stuck on the outdoor stairs. I turned it as far as I can and there is no change in pressure.
My thought is that I need to fully remove the step that is blocking the value handle from going to the off position. Any advice? If I need to remove said step, what is the best way to do so?
