Discipline started feeling easier when I stopped relying…
Discipline started feeling easier when I stopped relying on motivation I used to think discipline meant pushing myself harder every day. But that never lasted. What actually changed things for me was reducing distractions. When focus became more automatic, I didn’t have to “try” as much. There were fewer decisions, less resistance, and surprisingly more consistency. It felt less like effort… and more like a system quietly working in the background. I’m starting to feel like discipline isn’t about willpower at all. It’s about making focus easier. Has anyone else experienced this shift? #inspiration | earnings |
