My entry: Marriage at times of Death

Rule/s: Solemnnization of marriage - A Priest, Pastors, Imam, Municipal Mayor, Judge or any chieftain can solemnize marriage.
Likewise a Captain from its troops can do so where the applicant-troop is about to be dead - also known "in articulo mortis" in Latin terms.

1. What is the best perfect age for you, for someone to get married? Why explain.
For me the best perfect age to get married is 30 for men and 25 for women. For men, it is the age where he has already experienced all the worldly pleasures and has realized that getting married is of a different path which means to get rid all his vices and focus to his family. For women, it is the age where her body is biologically apt for pregnancy and childbirth.
2. What is marriage to you on your own perception? How it is treated now a day, will it be practical not to get married? Answer each question and explain.
âŤď¸In my perception, marriage is of a serious stage in our life. It's like a horse of a kalesa with eyes equipped with blinders, which is to limit its vision and to avoid distractions and make it more focused ahead to its journey.
âŤď¸I think marriage today is not already a priority in life. I have observed that some people think that it's a hindrance to their carrier especially in other countries which are more progressive.
âŤď¸Yes, I think it's practical not to get married. I've known a lot of failed marriage that ends up in a separation. Maybe they just ruined their lives by becoming single moms or single dads. So they are still unmarried and single with added burden and responsibilities.
3. On scene 1, does the matrimonial ceremony of A solemnizing her own marriage is valid? Yes or No, discuss your opinion based on the rules/topic provided on this activity?
No, the marriage of A to her boyfriend is not valid. Although A has already became a Municipal Mayor, but there is no law that says that a Municipal Mayor can solemnized his/her own marriage.
4. On the scene 2, does the marriage of Mrll55 to Z is valid? Yes or No, express your opinion based on the rules presented above.
Yes, because according to the rules, a Captain is authorized to solemnize their troops which is about to be dead also known as "in articulo mortis." in Latin. And since that Mrll55 is in battle, his life is in danger and any time he'll be dead if he's unlucky.
5. On the scene 3, which is more valid solemnized by the Captain who was the neighbor of erestu or in an Imam? Why and what is the effect?
It's valid that Erestu and Dahnnie should solemnized by an Imam. Because according to the rule, a Captain can only solemnize a marriage of their troops who are about to be dead while an Imam is authorized to solemnize a marriage at any time.
