Did you know that Mark Zuckerberg was requested and schedule to appear before the Congress. Likewise, Congressman Jay Jay Suarez has proposed a bill that Facebook should have a legal entity or an Office here at the Philippines because almost 80-100 millions of the Filipino people has been using Facebook and a lot of crimes has been observed executed with the use of social media and its technology.

How ever, Zuckerberg in its one of its statement, humbly stated that first he is a US Citizen and that the Philippines has no authority or power to further directed him to appear before the House of the Congress and secondly, in the case he will testify he will do it through a live stream at Facebook.
