First time PC Build, considering AM4, and I'm unsure of its worth in prices/quality I found compared to going with a low-end AM5

Market: Greece (or EU but with shipping)
Usage : CPU focus work/programming , CPU/RAM focused gaming (eg Paradox) with an average-to-low range GPU (no AAA), Average user , Preferably "Buy once and forget it until it stops working satisfactorily" (referring to part upgrades) .

Budget is at most 650€

Current parts list is :

* **Case:** 65€ Asus Prime AP201 TG Gaming Micro Tower
* **GPU:** 229€ Sparkle ARC B570 10GB GDDR6 Guardian OC
* **PSU:** 42€ MSI MAG A550BN 550W Full Wired 80 Plus Bronze
* **CPU Cooler:** 27€ Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim 2
* **Motherboard:** 123€ Asus TUF Gaming B550M-PLUS WIFI II Motherboard Micro ATX with AMD AM4 Socket 90MB19Y0-M0EAY0
* **CPU:** 149€ AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 4.6GHz
* **RAM\*:** Lets assume I already have a second hand DDR4 16Gb RAM which will last me for 2-3 years at best (in the event i need to get one, I found this at 150€ , CORSAIR CMK16GX4M2E3200C16 VENGEANCE LPX 16GB (2X8GB) DDR4 3200MHZ DUAL KIT )
* peripherals and extras (monitor, mouse, keyboard, OS, SSD) already covered

Total : 635€ (without the RAM)

Is it worth going for the above ? Is there any AM5/DDR5 alternative on the same price range with same or better quality?
