Travel conditions in northwest Indiana
Will be traveling to eastern Iowa/western Wisconsin from Michigan next week, with an overnight in Utica, Illinois. Our current route is via I-90/80 because we have a potential stop in Hammond, Indiana. Sounds like this part of Indiana is still without power, but we don't have a good sense from local news if a stop in Hammond is worth it, or if there will be any poor conditions on the interstate. Any local insight? Should we re-route further south?
