Talk others out of their dream
I was thinking today “man, it sure would be nice to have a water feature in my yard.” But then I thought, “I bet there are downsides to that I just don’t know about.” Maybe the liner has to be replaced every year or something. I’m sure there are hidden downsides to a lot of things that people wish they had. The water feature thing was just an example.
Do you have a house feature (or even property characteristic, like living lakefront) that you know others pine for, but that actually isn’t all that great? Tell us!
