what’s your opinion on quantum wellness? is it just an expensive marketing scam?
i keep seeing this term pop up all over my social media feeds lately and i cant tell if it is complete pseudoscience or if there is actually something to it. a couple of influencers i follow are suddenly promoting things like quantum frequency bracelets, scalar wave therapy, and water that has been structurally altered using quantum technology. they claim it fixes your cellular energy and helps with chronic fatigue but the explanations they give sound like a bunch of scifi buzzwords thrown together to justify a massive price tag.
i am usually pretty skeptical about alternative health trends but some of the testimonials from regular people seem genuinely convinced it changed their lives. a coworker of mine swears their sleep and joint pain got way better after doing some kind of bioresonance scan and balancing session. it is hard to figure out if people are just experiencing a really strong placebo effect because they spent hundreds of dollars on a session or if there is some kind of legitimate science behind managing body frequencies that i just do not understand yet. #science source
