Is patient-doctor privacy not a thing here?
My uncle who was on holiday here, had a stroke two weeks ago and was admitted to a government hospital. The general care was ok, pretty standard and nothing exceptional(except on the day of discharge where they left him in a ward next to the morgue) but what shocked me most was my uncle's boss from the UK, who used to work in Dubai, was able to contact the consulting doctor on LinkedIn and then was able to get the PDF doctor report and treatment reports via linkedin.
Obviously we were pretty shocked as something like this would never happen in UK, nor do I suspect it should happen here.
