Roman History for Student Tour?
Hello! I am a teacher bringing studentsto Rome and Florence. I have visited a few times and love it. I feel like my students arrive and miss a lot of the history because they are tired or overstimulated. For many, this is their first time leaving the United States. I have found that they are much more interested in the history if they have some sort of context or have some limited prior knowledge about what they are seeing. Do you have any suggestions for short blurbs, videos, or even scandalous stories for the Roman Forum, Colosseum, or Vatican City? I like to talk to them about the Medici Family and the Pazzi conspiracy. Anything helps at this point. Thank you for any help.
