23 and I need a Career change

I am currently a RBT with post job history of food service. I want to change things up and not work 1 on 1 with customers. I have no degrees but want to find a job with higher paying potential. Ive i applied to multiple jobs entry level but they all are expecting some sort of experience. Im in PA at the moment.
