New to Comics and need some guidance.
Hi there, I am completely new to the comic space and would like to get some recommendations from this group. I have some characters I feel like I would enjoy but would love some recommendations on other characters or how best to read certain characters stories. Also if some stories/characters are more daunting than others.
Some characters I think I would enjoy are:
\- Spawn
\- Witchblade
\- Black Panther
\- Cyclops (or anything related to X-Men)
\- Green Lantern
\- Flash
\- Red Hood
\- Electra
I should also point out I have read 2 comics but I don’t know how great of an entree point they are. (I thrifted them).
\- *The Amazing Spider-Man* Penguins Classics
*- Blackest Night* by Geoff Johns
I have watched a YouTube video on how runs and stuff like that work, however it still is something I’m getting used to as a manga reader.
If anyone also has good suggestions on how to best purchase comics, any help is welcome. Compendiums seems like the best bang for your buck but I’m open to suggestions since I’m just getting started.
Any help is much appreciated.
