⚽ FIFA has asked a United States court to reject UEFA’s request for documents and testimony tied to a planned Swiss complaint over the abandoned FIFA Forward Enterprise proposal.
FIFA says UEFA’s filing contains misleading claims and was intended to harass the governing body and affect Gianni Infantino’s re-election bid. UEFA has alleged that the proposal’s governance and valuation were flawed; UEFA declined to comment to The Guardian.
