Going to South Africa in August. Application status stuck on "Awaiting Supporting Documents" for a week. Anyone else dealt with this?
Applied online last Friday for entry documentation ahead of a family trip to South Africa in August. It's now Wednesday and the status hasn't moved from "waiting on documents," even though everything was uploaded and shows a checkmark on that step.
Has this happened to anyone else? Wondering if it's just a slow processing queue or an actual system glitch. Trying to figure out if I should be concerned or just wait it out.
