My color blind dad around 1972 with his "Candy Apple Red" Camaro.
So the story goes he called her from the dealership and said he was going with the "red" Camaro. My mom was a little surprised when he rolled up with the "Pumpkin." So, she got him a matching jacket.
He died in 1997 from cancer way too young.
