2 weeks notice is BS
I (28m) have worked many different jobs throughout my life. Some were longer (few years) while some were shorter (few months).
I've never once had my boss give me a heads up about being fired. The amount of times I've walked into work on a Monday and been fired outright is mind boggling.
Now obviously, I know I'm just a normal guy and not special in anyway, but you think after 2 years at the same job, I'd have at least some notice, but no, they couldn't give a fuck.
So why the hell should you?
