US Open Mixed R1: Bencic/Cobolli def. Townsend/Zverev, 4-2 4-2
Belinda and Flavio showed why they’re such a good pair today - the contrast in chemistry was obvious, as Taylor and Sasha didn’t seem like they really knew how to synergize on court. Excellent net play from both Bencic and Cobolli as well.
They’ll take on the winner of \[WC\] Serena Williams/Carlos Alcaraz and \[Q\] Erin Routliffe/Lloyd Glasspool!
