Oregon hiking in my 40s
So, I live in Eugene Oregon and want to stay doing much more hiking. partially in preparation for a road trip with my teenage son to hike around Grand Tetons and Yellowstone but also to reconnect with nature and get out of the house. Looking for recommendations for hikes to build endurance and maybe some hike friends that I don't yet know to help motivate.
