And ONLY for simulation and goals. Simulation should also be an automatic red card. No one likes it, no one wants it, it changes the game for the worse and allows it to be mocked, rightfullt so in some cases, by people who don't watch.
Oh, and time wasting should be included in the simulation checks. Keepers going down in the box without contact at the end of games, players going down with cramps and not IMMEDIATELY leaving the field of play.
