Older female, never been in a relationship and feeling like time is running out.
I’ve been feeling really down about this topic lately. I’m at a certain age now and I can’t help feeling like I’m too old for men to seriously consider me for marriage (as they tend to prefer young girls). And by the time I actually meet someone, speak to them, get to know them and then organise a wedding, I’m only going to be even older.
(I can’t post my actual age apparently, otherwise my post gets banned.)
It’s such a weird situation to be in because I haven’t exactly been living some party girl lifestyle either. I just have parents who wanted us to find our own partners, and honestly, due to watching way too much Bollywood growing up, I genuinely thought my husband would just walk into my life at some point.
I’d love to hear from sisters and brothers regarding their opinions or experiences with this. If nothing else, maybe it will help settle my heart a little.
