e sidewalk that is just lawn, I'm turning it into a native bird and pollinator garden... It is roughly 3.5ft by 64ft. I also winter sowed in jugs some perennials and natives for this space, wont know until spring which ones will be successful. Do you think 50 plants for this space is too much. 38 plants for this space would be friendlier on the wallet and also leave some room for growth, but I also want this to be as densely planted as possible first year so I can start to establish it. If I have to transplant some to other gardens down the line, I have the space for that. I want to add some other native shrubs in the coming years as well as some more medicinals but for now I'm starting with a garden kit. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
