Work shop floor
Recently went to the doctor regarding my knee pain. I was told directly that I could not stand for long periods on concrete. So I need to cover my shop floor with some cushioning. Looking to cover about 200 SF around the bench and tool stations.
Found some used neoprene flooring 1/2" thick is that a good option? $1.50 SF. What else has been used with good results? Low cost would be great but if I have to I will pay what is needed.
UPDATE: have already upgraded my footwear as suggested by the Doc
Looks like horse mats $2 SF or Costco Exercise mats $3 sf
